(1)Goto www.download.com
(2)In search enter ~ youtube to mp3
(3)download & install the program ~1-click YouTube To MP3 Converter 1.7.0.7
(4)Run the programe
(5)On left panel either copy & paste the URL from the youtube OR key in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvmuzGxKAHs
(6)At convert type panel ~ select Convert the dowloaded files to: MP3 file, audio only (mp3)
(7) select save folder and press the Get/convert... wait and close
All will be done and enjoy
