I've not been updating my blog recently. Have been feeling so tired everyday. Maybe I've not been working out as often as I should be. I should do my workout more often.Unable to wake up in the morning and unable to sleep early at nite. Even if I were to be able to sleep at nite I'm still unable to wake up in the morning. Sigh!
Should I go get Vit. B Complex? Grrrr!
